Social Media is focus of ILA colloquium
Submitted by George Okantey on Fri, 2009-08-28 09:02
The notion of informal learning is changing given the widespread use of technologies to learn, connect and communicate. In today’s world most learning is done by asking other people how to do things using social networks and other technologies. The opportunity for leadership organizations is—how can we use social networks to harness knowledge within communities and create structures to support this increasingly informal way of learning and connecting. Indiana leadership Association is committed to effectively increase member knowledge and use of these technologies to amplify the work of leadership in their communities and beyond. Attend the ILA conference on August 27-28 in Indianapolis.
