Indiana Leadership Association: Expectations and Guidelines for ILA web site use.
The Indiana Leadership Association (ILA) provides this site for the sole purpose of facilitating the best practices of leadership in and for the good of Indiana Communities and Indiana people. This will occur through the sharing of information and the engaging in conversations by those working in bringing leadership education to their communities. ILA values respect, transparency and responsible use of member privileges. We support dialogue and exchange of ideas, however, anyone who uses this site for other purposes and in violation of our guidelines will have their user account temporarily suspended—and depending on the seriousness of the violation, eventually terminated.
The cost of maintaining this web site is born by the ILA membership. It is expected that those who regularly use this site will become ILA members. A one-year membership for an Individual is $35. A one-year membership for an Organization is $75, which includes membership for one individual. The advantage of an Organizational membership is that each member of that organization can obtain an Individual ILA membership for only $15. The advantages of an ILA membership include access to portions of this site that may not be available to everyone and direct communications about and lower registration fees for ILA sponsored events.
Below are the current and official Indiana Leadership Association social media guidelines, which continue to evolve as new technologies and social networking tools, become available.
