I became a member of the first leadership class in Hendricks County in 1993, graduating with 19 other classmates. Loved the program and the information learned and the network of other leaders and was hooked. Told everyone I knew about the program and was hired to be the Executive Director in 1994 and have been in that postion ever since. We currently have 3 leadearship programs 1 adult and 2 youth.
