What does your program attendance look like “post pandemic?” How have your participant’s expectations change? What about staff and board members? Facilitated by Lisa Kress from Leadership Johnson County and Mitch Isaacs from Shafer Leadership Academy, this lunchtime activity will provide members a chance to talk about what engagement looks like for their organization in 2022.

During this roundtable discussions participants will choose one of four topics. This is a chance to talk about what your organization is doing and chance to learn from others.

Round One – 1:00 – 1:45 (participants choose one)

How does your organization excel? Is there a program, activity, or event where your organization really shines? Is there something you are particularly proud of? Now is your opportunity to share! Led by Barry Shrock from Leadership Ft. Wayne, participants will have an opportunity to talk about what their organization does well and hear from others.

 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. How Shafer Leadership Academy Moved from Sponsorships to Memberships

Does your organization rely on sponsorships? Are you finding it harder and harder to sell sponsorships in a crowded nonprofit community? Are you looking for a new way to secure community support? In this session Mitch Isaacs from Shafer Leadership Academy will discuss how SLA quadrupled sponsorship income in four years by switching to a membership model.

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Dinner and Sharing at a Koto Japanese Steakhouse

 Join us for friendship and fellowship at a local Noblesville eatery. This meal is not provided by the conference.

Indiana Leadership Association needs you! During this discussion will revisit the history of ILA, discuss current challenges, and outline board leadership opportunities. By the end of this session, we hope to identify the generation of Indiana Leadership Association trailblazers!

During this final lunchtime session, we will recognize those who have led Indiana Leadership Association this year and conclude by asking members to what they can commit to Indiana Leadership Association!
